Conflict of Interest

Editors and reviewers must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest that may influence their evaluation of a manuscript.

Individuals with conflicts of interest shall not participate in the review or editorial decision-making process.


Editorial Decisions

Based on reviewer recommendations and editorial assessment, one of the following decisions may be issued:

Accept

The manuscript is accepted for publication.

Minor Revision

Minor modifications are required before acceptance.

Major Revision

Substantial revisions are required before reconsideration.

Reject

The manuscript does not meet the journal's standards or scope.

The Editor-in-Chief retains final authority regarding publication decisions.


Appeals and Complaints

Authors who believe that a manuscript has been unfairly rejected may submit a formal appeal to the Editor-in-Chief.

Appeals must include:

  • Response to reviewer comments.
  • Supporting evidence where applicable.

The Editorial Board will review appeals independently and communicate its final decision.
