Abstract

This paper examines the integration of cloud computing and artificial intelligence technologies to develop advanced decision support systems for precision agriculture. The research explores how these technologies enable real-time data analysis, predictive modeling, and automated recommendations that enhance agricultural productivity while optimizing resource utilization and promoting sustainability. Through analysis of case studies, technological frameworks, and implementation challenges, this paper demonstrates that cloud-based artificial intelligence (AI) solutions represent a transformative approach to modern farming practices. Results indicate that properly implemented systems can increase crop yields by 15-30%, reduce water usage by up to 30%, and decrease fertilizer application by 20% while providing significant economic benefits to farmers. The paper concludes with recommendations for future research directions and practical implementation strategies to accelerate adoption in diverse agricultural environments.
